  1. Thank you for making a podcast about this question! I too, struggle with laziness and I found this very encouraging.

    Might I add that a great strategy for motivation is to listen to podcast episodes, such as this one? Since, I started listening to podcasts over a year ago, I have found so much encouragement and felt so much more empowered and motivated. Those of us with little ones are sometimes more isolated from the kind of encouraging adult company that can motivate us and I have found listening to podcasts has really made a difference! In addition to this podcast, one of my favorites right now is “What Have You” with Rachel Jankovic and Bekah Merkle (who’ve had their share of experience with lots of littles and have survived them).
