Welcome to the Meal Planning Challenge!

Yay!! I am so excited that you are joining me this month for the meal planning challenge! We’ve got some great tips and encouragement to share over the following days and weeks – but most importantly – we are going to be sharing some accountability to keep up with your meal planning!

Meal planning has changed my life when it comes to my kitchen and my homemaking. But I got stuck in a rut in 2017 and I’m ready to jump back in to healthier meals, a stricter grocery budget, and the renewed habit of family meals together.
