My health journey this year with chronic fatigue – Hf #146

The second half of 2017 and the first half of 2018 have been rough for me! I’ve been dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a host of hormonal imbalances that have left me utterly drained. It’s been a long road to recovery (and I still have a ways to go) but I am thankfully doing a lot better! Listen in to here’s what I learned this year (and what I’m still working on).

  1. Woooo what a timely podcast. I had my thyroid removed 2 weeks ago because of a tumour which may or may not have been cancerous (still waiting for followup). I have three children (ages 5, 3 and 5 months) and have felt so exhausted lately. I decided on some vitamins specifically designed for people with no thyroid. I am hoping it works for energy and brain fog. A lot of people have given it great reviews. So your podcast (although I didn’t go with the vitamin subscription you mention) did encourage me to want more energy and so I finally bought the special vitamins. I also decided to start working out again too. Thanks for the encouragement. I love your podcast and listen often.
