In January, I hosted a Make Over Your Mornings challenge where we went through the 14 day eCourse from Crystal Paine called Make Over Your Mornings (this is my affiliate link btw).
It was a really low key challenge as we all went through the course together as an accountability group! But it was a blast. We all met in a private Facebook group to chat about each day’s assignment (each day only takes 5-15 minutes to complete), share resources, and give each other encouragement.
It worked really well to do this challenge right at the beginning of the new year. But now it’s been six months and we are getting to the end of Summer…and my morning routines and habits are falling apart.
Jason and I are currently on vacation at the lake, and after an insane July of launching our new online training academy, we are getting the rest we’ve been so needing.
But I’m starting to think and plan ahead to when we get home. Everything is starting to boot back up again for Fall: Bible studies are starting up again, sports are swinging back into practice, and for most of us, school is starting again. And I know that I need to get back into better routines when we get home.
Like I said, I went through Crystal’s course back in January and I think the biggest take away I got from it was that my morning routines have a HUGE impact on my day. If I can get my morning started off on the right foot, things just go so much smoother throughout my entire day.
And throughout this busy summer, I think the biggest thing that has gotten off track is my morning routines. So I would love to invite you to go through this challenge with us! We’ve already got a group of 200 women excited and ready to go through the challenge on August 22nd. Will you join us?
Will You Join Me?
My goal and aim is two-fold throughout this challenge: 1) To provide accountability for one another to actually finish the course AND to start implementing better routines and 2) to share encouragement, new ideas, and resources between one another to better manage our homes!
Throughout the challenge, in the private Facebook group, we will be discussing what all of our goals are in this new season, resources for developing goals, daily discussions on that day’s material and how we can best implement these ideas and tools into our real lives!
What I’m really excited about is that everyone has different goals, morning routines, and ideas for better managing their home and I can’t wait for the accountability of this group and the ideas that are going to be flying around!!
So to participate in the challenge:
Sign up for the Make Over Your Mornings course through my link here and then request to join our private Facebook group (things will be slow in there this week but then come August 22nd we will kick it into gear)!
Who is this challenge for?: Anyone who is sick of feeling out of control in her home. Read more about the course here.
Do you HAVE to get up early to participate?: NO! That’s one of my personal goals but as Crystal actually says in the opening video: this course is not about getting up early but rather it’s about establishing small little routines into different parts of your day so that you can use your time wisely and efficiently. (Read about how I used this course when I had twin newborns and couldn’t get up any earlier)
When is this challenge?:August 22nd – September 4th – but the schedule is loose. I will be in the group every day posting discussion questions and I encourage you to interact with everyone in the group. But you can pop in and out as you want. Use the group as much (or as little) as you need for accountability and additional resources!
What If I Can’t Participate in August?: No problem (but we will miss you!) – when you purchase the course, you will get lifetime access. So I encourage you to sign up now if you eventually want to take it because this is the best sale they will have on the course(s) this year! It’s a fantastic course that you can take anytime throughout the year.
What do I need to participate?: Purchase the Make Over Your Mornings Course at a fantastic price of $17 this week and then request to join our private Facebook group for the challenge. That’s it!
Why I’ve Decided To Go Through MYM
There are a ton of great books, courses, and resources out there that I could have picked for getting things back on track, but I’ve really been craving better routines in my life. I don’t want to just declutter a little – I want to get out of this survival mode I’ve been treading water in the last
6 months couple of years!
I need to get on top of my meal planning and cleaning routines – but most importantly, I need to work on my relationship with the Lord. I’ve made progress in 2015 to be more consistent in Bible reading, prayer, and cultivating disciplines in my life that are more Christ-like and 2016 is the year I want to make these habits STICK!
The Make Over Your Mornings Course gives me everything I need right now without being too overwhelmed. Each day of the course takes 5-15 minutes to complete which is perfect for this busy mama’s schedule! And I might just be Crystal Paine’s biggest fan in the entire world – I love her no-noneness, practical approach to better managing your life and your time. She doesn’t fail to deliver in MYM!
Plus, Crystal offers the course with a 30 day no-questions-asked money back guarantee. So if you get into it and it’s not for you – no problem! Ask for your money back and move on with your year.
- Always running behind and can’t seem to catch up on daily life
- Feeling worn-out, overwhelmed, and discouraged in your home
- So desperately need to find better time to be in God’s Word and making time for prayer (<— that’s ME!!)
- Longing to rediscover purpose and JOY in your home and your daily routine again
Will you pray about joining me? I want to get a great group of gals to go through this course with me!! I really need some encouragement and accountability as I work my way through this course.
