During 2018, our family had a huge emphasis on healthy eating (in fact, I think it’s one of the areas that I actually did really well in – and a large part of that was out of pure necessity)! You can read about my health struggles from 2017-2018 hereI always thought of myself as a healthy cook but we’ve taken a lot of steps in 2018 to cut out processed food and take care of my entire family better.
