  1. I love how God works because this is exactly what I needed to hear! I’ve been wanting & needing to be in better health so I am able to do more with my family, but like you I would rather sit & read!

    I use to be one of those people who loved being in the gym & running. It was too hard for me to get back into it after my first child but after my second, I felt like I never had the energy or time. One of the things that helps me, after my first, is actually stretch at night. I get a better night sleep & it set the tone for me to stretch in the morning. After I get back into this habit, I’m adding some planking mid day (30 fay challenge) you message has motivated me to start this again. Thank you!
