Embracing a Grace-Paced Life with Shona Murray – Hf #109

on January 23, 2018 by Jami Balmet 2 comments

My word for 2018 is Refresh and one of my favorite books I read in this last year just so happens to be titled Refresh. Funny enough, I picked that word before I read the book but it fit perfectly into my goal(s) for this year!

I loved this book so much that I made it the first book on my 2018 Christian Reading Challenge for Women. Well this week I got the chance to sit with the author, Shona Murray to chat about embracing a grace-paced life and the talk was so so good!

  1. Hi Jami!
I absolutely loved this podcast! I recently finished Tefresh ( thanks to your 2018 Reading Challenge) and I loved it!! It has become one of my all time favorite books and is literally changing my life. I connected so much with Shona and the struggles she has faced with anxiety & depression and truly enjoyed her perspective today! Thank you for this interview! I cried when she mentioned BSF because I am a children’s leader for BSF and it is life changing and it means so much to me to know that it is touching others as well. I wish this podcast could have been longer but I look forward to your next interview with her. 💗
Thank you so much for all you do!
    Shanda
