Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe {Autumn Favorites}

on October 3, 2012 by Jami Balmet 0 comments

We are getting into the swing of October with my second Fall favorite recipe! Yesterday I featured a yummy Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread and today I will be sharing Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Latte! Get new Autumn recipes, decorating tips, dinners, and more during Autumn Favorites!

As soon as Fall hits, the first thing we have to do is head to Starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte. It’s a must on our Autumn schedule. But at $4.50 a cup, this can become an expensive treat! So I decided to make a pumpkin spice latte at home! No more need for Starbucks 🙂 Best of all? Throw the ingredients in your crockpot and come home later to some delicious lattes.

Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

10 Tablespoons of pumpkin puree
5 Tablespoons of vanilla
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
4 Cups of strongly brewed coffee
6 cups of whole milk
7 Tablespoons sugar

Optional:

A cinnamon stick for each cup
Whipped cream for the top (but is this really optional??)

Directions:

1. Mix together all the ingredients in a large crockpot (minus the cinnamon sticks and whipped cream). Make sure ingredients mixed well.

2. Cook on high for 2 hours

3. Pour into mugs with a cinnamon stick in each mug and whipped  cream on top. Repeat as needed 🙂

This is a great drink to make for a large party! We love pumpkin and can’t get enough of it. Enjoy!
